Delivery is FREE for all orders over £250

DX 2-man Delivery

We utilise the delivery services of experienced delivery courier, DX. You will be provided with the following information as your furniture progresses along its journey:-

• After processing your order and payment, Alfresco Trading will place an order with DX for a 2-man delivery to your home, garden or office address.
• The next working day you will receive a text message (SMS) at around 6:30 in the evening. This will show your estimated 2 hour delivery window for the following day.
• On the day of delivery you will receive another SMS from DX at approximately 8:30 in the morning. This will contain a tracking link.
• As the 2-man crew get closer to your delivery address, (approximately 30 minutes away), they will contact you to ensure you are available to receive your furniture.
• Upon arrival, the crew will carry out any risk assessment required and discuss where you would like your packages placed.
• When your delivery is complete, you will sign on an electronic device to say everything is in order.

Please Note: We deliver to Mainland UK, only and this usually takes between 2 to 4 business days from order completion.
