How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on all orders over £250; else it’s a flat rate charge of just £6.99

What areas do you cover?

We cover all areas of the UK mainland

What areas are you unable to deliver to?

Regrettably, we are unable to deliver our items to the following areas deemed as ‘remote’ by our couriers at this time;

Channel Islands, Grampian, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and some areas of Scotland. If you order from one of these areas, we will either have to cancel the order or levy a surcharge. Please note that our couriers decide these delivery surcharges, and we are unable to change the locations which fall into the category of a remote area.

How long will delivery take?

All items available to order on the site (unless stated otherwise as a pre-order item) are in stock in our extensive warehousing facilities across Essex and available for delivery throughout the mainland UK within a standard delivery timeframe of 5-7 working days from placement of your order.

Any items that specify they are for Pre-Order will include an estimated delivery by date. These items are not yet in stock with us, however you can pre-order them to avoid the disappointment of us selling out. The estimated delivery date is based on when we expect the stock to arrive in our warehouse.

What happens if I'm not in when you deliver?

For small items, please leave your specific delivery instructions when checking out detailing where they can be safely left in a secure location by our courier, e.g. ‘If not in, leave with next door neighbour’. Please keep in mind that it is at your own risk to allow your goods to be left without a signature, and these instructions are a request – our courier may not leave the goods without a signature if they feel uncomfortable in doing so.

For all orders of furniture, a signature will be required; delivery of these orders will be pre-booked with you directly by our couriers, so you will know precisely what day your goods will arrive, you will have the opportunity to change the delivery slot for a limited time before arrival after the items have left our warehouse. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered; you may be charged for repeat delivery,

Will your courier take my delivery through to my garden?

The majority of our furniture is delivered using a 2-man delivery service due to the bulky size and weight of the packages. As we offer a dedicated 2-man service, we pride ourselves on being able to deliver most of our furniture exactly where you would like.

On the delivery day, and as the 2-man crew get closer to your delivery address (approximately 30 minutes away), they will contact you to ensure you are available to receive your furniture.

Once they arrive, they will carry out any risk assessment required and discuss where you would like your packages placed.

When your delivery is complete, you will sign on an electronic device to say everything is in order.

Strictly speaking, they may not be able to take through to your garden, however, our delivery partners are very friendly and accommodating people and will always do their best to help our customers where possible. On some occasions they may not be able to access your property or garden, and deliveries are to be made to the front of the property. Please keep in mind routes of entry to your property when ordering will need to be sufficiently clear for the delivery crew to access and deliver to your desired spot. They run on a tight schedule, so rarely will be able to wait whilst any space is cleared, we wouldn’t went them to have to return another day to facilitate the delivery as this would incur an additional charge.

With any palletised deliveries, these are advised as "kerbside or nearest hard-standing" meaning if the delivery partner has difficulties accessing the front of the property, the goods will be left by the kerbside. However, we do encourage our couriers to help our customers where ever possible and safe to do so.

What happens to the packaging?

From an ecological sense, we minimise the use of packaging where possible, however, to ensure your item(s) arrive safely, we may use additional packaging from time to time. Larger furniture deliveries may require the use a pallet. Our delivery partners are not able to collect any packaging or pallets, therefore it is your responsibility to dispose of any cardboard and pallets. We advise recycling any packaging where possible, most councils throughout the UK will collect this type of waste for recycling as they’d rather do that than risk a few irresponsible people fly-tipping.
